Rock'n Coke, Turkey's biggest open-air music festival, is held every year at Hezarfen Airport, 50 kilometres outside Istanbul by the shores of Lake Buyukcekmece.
Famous for bringing outstanding local and international music stars to the stage, this Coca-Cola-sponsored event provides three full days of non-stop party action, attracting a crowd of more than 40,000 rock fans from all over the world.
The organisers, Istanbul Cultural and Arts Foundation (IKSV) and Pozitif, set up a fully-equipped temporary Rock Town to welcome over 30 performers on the main stage and a stunning line-up of DJs in the dance arena. Away from the main stage, extra-curricular activities include a fairground, skateboarding, basketball, zeppelin, superjump, tai-chi and yoga.
